Tomorrow is it!!!!!  LAST day of shred.  I didn't do 30 days in a row, but I sure as heck did 30 days.  Started on August 26th to be exact.  I really like those workouts....so until I figure out what do to next (still thinking about upgrading to P90X) I'll stick to those, maybe alternate Level 2 and Level 3.  Maybe I'll even try to squeeze in a day of Kettle Bells.  Who knows?????  All in all....I feel great.  I especially like how my arms and abs firmed up.  Still have a lot of work to make goal....but I DO see the light at the end of the tunnel ;-)
