I'm a mom. I'm a student (working on my nursing degree). And I have this wild obsession with cooking and food.....in other words, I'm always hungry!!!!!! (Laugh out loud) I DO eat and cook extremely healthy, but at the same time by biggest fear is gaining weight. Mostly due to the stress from school. SO! Being the "goal oriented" person that I am, I've made a new goal for myself. Let me break it down for you.
1.) I'll be 39 on September 23rd, 2011. (This is kind of a head start)
2.) My MAIN goal is to weigh 140lbs. for my 40th!!!!!!! Sound good????
How am I gonna get there? By not slacking anymore....that's how!!!!! I REALLY enjoy my power walks, so I'm going to commit to doing them at least 3-4 times a week. NO EXCUSES!!!!! Furthermore, I'm going to add some cardio and strength training on the side. By chance, I purchases Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shredd; and I must say that I'm LOVING it! I'm only on day 3 but I plan to stick to it. It's only a 20 minute work out....for Pete's SAKE....I can spare 20 minutes a day.
The only way I feel that I can say true to this "commitment" is my blogging it. So from here on out, every day, I will post what I've done. I'm hoping this will keep me honest!!!!!!!!
